LEADING THE MENSTRUAL MOVEMENT.
Before the COVID-19 outbreak, one in four menstruating individuals struggled to afford enough period products to keep themselves clean and healthy and many community-based period supply programs had to stretch limited resources to meet the need of the clients they serve. Without adequate access to menstrual supplies, menstruators may have to use products for longer or may be forced to use alternative materials such as paper towels or socks.
PERIOD Atlanta wants to give back to the community of greater Atlanta and provide menstrual products for those who may be in need during this time. Your support will help purchase and distribute menstrual products to community organizations in Atlanta and beyond.
Please use the link above to donate through our Amazon wishlist, a quick and easy way to make a difference.
We are also accepting physical donations of menstrual products -- - please email email@example.com for more information.
Thank you for your support; every dollar makes a difference. Because periods don't stop for pandemics.
PERIOD was founded in 2014 by two 16-year-old high school students with a passion for periods. To date, PERIOD has addressed over 850,000 periods through product distribution and registered over 600 campus chapters in all 50 US states and in over 30 countries.
We’re all about action. With the support of generous partners, sponsors and individuals, we deliver PERIOD PACKS to those in need.
It starts with changing the way we talk about periods. We elevate the issue to eliminate the taboo through a growing network of high school, college and community chapters.
We raise awareness and create change through events, campaigns and media relationships. Help us repeal the tampon tax and lobby for menstrual products in public places.
